We had the joy of seeing our oldest son baptized last night here in the Hermosillo hall. He was saved this summer while working up in New Brunswick. The hall was well filled with a good number of unbelievers present, some of whom rarely attend.
Jesse and Emily Klein are now here in Hermosillo and have commenced Spanish lessons with Eleonor Mosquera. They would value your prayers in this sphere of their lives, along with many other changes that come with arriving in a new country and culture. The assembly received Erika into the fellowship. She was saved several months ago in the outreach work. None of her family is saved but we do pray that her changed life and testimony will be a voice to them.

We travelled to the Pachuca conference last month, visiting the Santiago and Tepic assemblies along the way. There were about one-hundred-and-fifty in attendance at the conference and the believers from the Pachuca and Neza assemblies worked well together in hosting it. It was a joy to observe two new believers obey the Lord in baptism.
Along our way home from Pachuca, we spent a few days with Jason and Shelley Wahls in Zacatecas. They laboured alongside us for a few years in Tepic before moving to Zacatecas a year ago. They are labouring in a small town called El Barril, about an hourʼs drive from their home and have seen blessing in salvation. Several obeyed the Lord in baptism.
Our next stop was Chihuahua where we spent one evening with the assembly. We had not visited in over two years so it was good to see some ʻolderʼ faces as well as new believers. Gilberto and Alicia Torrens faithfully labour in the gospel there and he continues with a radio work as well. We ask for your continued prayers.
