Below are a few details of different ministries we have been engaged in with the Lord’s help since our newsletter in November 2024. Bible Exhibition—Three days after Easter, at a gospel outreach, parts of the Bible Exhibition were used in the local assembly in Ploiești. Friends, family, and colleagues of believers were present, conversations took place, and gospel literature was well received. Prayer would be valued for all those who heard the gospel presented. Gospel tent work – The commencement of the 18th year of summer tent outreach work of Romania is fast approaching. This involves many discussions about the logistics of the tent work in various localities, such as printing new gospel tracts and children’s books for prizes, etc. New workers are keen to help reach out to children, and we value prayer for believers working on the Bible program now. Prayer is needed for evangelists preaching the gospel to young people and adults in many localities during the summer months.
It has been uplifting to see a younger generation of workers, particularly in the County of Suceava, working with an older generation on a plan for future gospel work and developing existing works.

Please pray for:
The pitching and dismantling of tents as it takes time and effort.
Safety in travel and transporting of all items necessary for tent work.
New resources received and purchased have been a great help and encouragement
to the workers involved in tent outreach.

Bible teaching – The winter and spring months were busy with intensive, consecutive Bible studies in different areas of Romania, as well as Bible teaching and gospel preaching in local assemblies.
The intensive Bible studies include times of discussion, strengthening fellowship between different assemblies, and encouraging the Lord’s servants in their various ministries. Larger assemblies send workers to support assemblies in villages, some of which are remote areas.
It has been encouraging to teach and guide a younger generation of believers whose parents attended Bible study meetings in the 1990s/2000s. Their sharp minds and keen interest keep us on our toes! During the last six months, with great help from the Lord, I have been able to hold ministry meetings in 50 local assemblies, and we pray that the saints who gathered have been edified and strengthened spiritually.

Gospel literature distribution – 2025 Calendars – 135,000 calendars; 110,000 A5 gospel texts and 10,000 A6 gospel texts with a gospel message on the back; and 115,000 gospel tracts were printed. For special distribution in the large city of Lasi, 60,000 A6 gospel texts were printed.
Calendars have been distributed in shops, offices, hospitals, marketplaces, and on the streets, as well as to friends, neighbours, and relatives of believers. They were also sent to the Romanian diaspora in Belgium, Italy, and England. In London and Birmingham, Romanian believers give out gospel literature and engage in gospel outreach.
There are good opportunities for conversations with people during the distribution of calendars and literature on the streets.Easter was a busy time, too, with tracts, A5 picture texts, and the gospel message being distributed on the streets and through local believers to their families, friends, and work colleagues.
We pray that the gospel messages heard and literature received might speak to the hearts and minds of unsaved souls. Gospel literature work—Gareth Edwards's gospel booklet, "Exploring Christianity," is currently being translated and checked and will soon be ready for printing.
Over the years, keeping in contact with believers who came from unsaved families has been an encouragement. They have kept going and grown in the things of the Lord, being encouraged by believers in local assemblies. Some are developing as Bible teachers and have many questions, and it is a privilege to discuss the Scriptures with them. All the praise and glory goes to our Lord Jesus Christ for how He works His purpose out.
