New Assembly in Bakersfield, California

Omar, in the back row (center) led a week of Bible studies, this February, followed by a week of Gospel meetings.

The work here in Bakersfield began around 2019 at the home of Brother Agustín Ramos, where two families met for Gospel meetings. We saw the blessing of the Lord when two men were saved. A short time later, the Lord provided us with a building where we met for about a year and a half. But due to some complications in the building, we had to return to congregate at the house of brother Benigno Pére.

Bible Study

Some brothers also visited and supported us in teaching the Scriptures. We gathered

there for about a year and preached the gospel. By His grace, the Lord has provided us with a building where we currently gath er, located at 10927 Main St, Lamont. Here, the testimony of the Breaking of Bread first took place as an assembly on October 27, 2024. It has been a great blessing for us to know that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ is glorified.
