"Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ" (Eph 1:2-3).

It has been a busy Spring, but we have been most grateful to see evidence of God at work! In March, the assembly here hosted our annual Bible conference. Though the numbers were lower than in recent years, there were a number of visitors present. We were thrilled to hear of two professing faith in Christ over the weekend. One of them, since baptized, was a woman, who for many years had thought she was saved but confessed she had never lost her fear of death. She is now reading her Bible with an appetite she had never experienced before.

It was encouraging to hear of blessing and we pray the assembly has been encouraged and edified.

In April, I enjoyed a short visit with the assembly in San Diego followed by the Spanish conference in West Phoenix, there was an encouraging number gathered from neighbouring states to hear the Word of God taught and the gospel preached.

In May, I enjoyed several days of ministry with the assembly in Puerto Vallarta, and then with the believers in El Barril, for a mini-conference, acknowledging God's grace in the assembly there, at the inauguration of their new hall.

As a family in June and July, we are to be at 3 Canadian Prairie conferences, and a short visit to Ontario, D.V. We have been encouraged locally, by good signs of growth in several of our young people. We are constantly amazed to see God, against all odds, in their difficult family circumstances, working for their blessing, and His own glory. This is a treacherous phase of life, fraught with all types of attacks and temptations, in which some of their own peers have faltered. Please pray for their preservation and prosperity in the things of God."..For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them" Eph. 2:10
